Our Philosophy

Every person is unique, and their injuries and goals are equally unique. In order to help people get the most from their body, they require an individualized approach. We provide individually personalized physical therapy. We work alongside our clients as partners in their health to help them achieve their goals by treating their body as a whole. By treating the whole person, we help our clients achieve a new level of health and fitness so that they do not get injured again. We hope that when our clients return to us, it's either for a new unrelated injury or to celebrate their achievements.

How we treat people

Our sessions are one on one for the entirety of each session so we can get to know our client’s goals to help them achieve success. We evaluate our clients from head to toe in all planes of motion to figure out the root causes of their injury or dysfunction. We then create a personalized plan with hands-on therapy that utilizes an eclectic approach to decrease their pain. Then we use personalized exercises to help our clients move better, improve their posture and get stronger to keep them pain free. As clients progress, their exercise program will simulate the activities that they do in their sport to build confidence and enhance their performance. By utilizing this holistic approach, we make sure that when our clients complete their physical therapy, they do not fear reinjury and can be confident in their return to their favorite activities at an improved level of fitness.

Our mission

Our goal is to provide the best physical therapy in the Lynchburg area by giving the most holistic, most compassionate and most advanced care.
